How long does it take for a custom order to be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks, depending on current order volume. Once shipped, all orders are delivered via 2-day shipping.

Do you require payment upfront for custom orders?

Yes. Full payment is required before production begins. We will send a design proof for approval when applicable.

Do you stitch at live events?

Live event stitching may be available depending on your event details and schedule. Contact us with the date, location, and expected attendance to discuss availability.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders are available for a fee of  $15, depending on the current order status. Please contact us before ordering.
